Day 2 Finals
15 yr old Travis Kam dropped a spot in a competitive 50 Backstroke Final but improved his time with a 28.50 to finish 6th.
The 4x200 Freestyle Relays also ran tonight and Kam teamed up with 3 UBCD mates to finish just off the podium in 4th place, less than 1/2 a second from a Bronze.
Day 2 Prelims
Day 2 was a quieter morning for CDSC at the Canadian Age Group Champs in Winnipeg. Only the boys had events today. 15 yr old Travis Kam was off his best times in the 100 Free and 50 Back, but did manage to make his 2nd Backstroke final of the meet. He will swim in Lane 2 as the 5th seed tonight.
14 yr old Colton Kasteel swam to a best time in a secondary event for him, the 100 Freestyle, but showed improvement with a 1:03.81.
