If not, partially complete with date, swimmer's name, payee - then fill in amount and signature at registration.

Save time during registraton by preparing your cheques in advance.
Complete Payee, Date, and write swimmers name
and payment description in memo area on cheque.
Leave amount and signature blank until you confirm your fee schedule.
